I was wondering if we could share some experiences with gaming platforms so far? What I mean are platforms like Origins, Steam, GOG and some other.

I really only know Origins, Steam and GOG /blush and here are some things I noticed...

GOG:
Installation: 10/10
I haven't had a game not working yet
Support: 9/10
I only opened three tickets so far, one to get a review changed and another to delete a forum post of mine :D
One for Assassin's Creed with the black intro, this is more a cosmetic issue. I got quickly a proper answer and even some tests and fixes to test, but it seems the game is confused about my graphics cards in the computer and it didn't get solved.

Sometimes I wish for more activity outside of the general discussion :)
Summery: Good quality, good service, few recent games, good price

Steam:
Installation: 5/10
Witcher2: problems with input, due to steam overlay.
Dragon Age: DLC not installed and videos tainted red, due to steam overlay and Origins, Bioware, EA-Store.
Metro 2033: Graphics totally messed up, due to steam overlay.
Bound by Flame: No text on Buttons in the game. After three attempts to reinstall, I manually installed the 64bit C Libraries 2010 and this fixed the problem.
Oblivion and Skyrim worked out of the box IIRC.
Support: 1/10
I opened three tickets, no matter what you ask after 2-3 days you an automated message asking for a screenshot. All tickets were closed by myself after consulting with the community and/or fixing it myself.

Very helpful, but at times a little too 'hardcore' players :)
Summery: Bad quality, bad service, many recent games, good price

p.s. messed up the title :D

Wait, what ?
I definitely never "had to" contact support.

I think you made my day :)

Edit : I mean no disrespect, I find your experience with gog support genuinely charming.
