Hey guys just wondering how to redeem my gift codes on gog. When I fallow the link from my email, ti takes to the site to redeem the code, but it says that is invalid or used. Not sure if I am doing something wrong. How to redeem the code, there suppose to be for a game of my choice.

I'm not sure, but if it's for a "game of [your] choice", you may need to add a game to your cart first and then input the code on the Checkout page. That's what it sounds like to me, anyway, I can't verify it personally.

Have you tried copying the code (the letters/numbers at the end), going to the "Redeem gift" link at the bottom of the page, and pasting it there?

Also note that the $9.99 bonus codes have expiration dates. I got one during the christmas sale, and it had an expiration date of roughly 6 months later.

I did try what you mention, but in the checkout there is no option for a input code. No idea why.

Bah, I should have known that. Just to be thorough, what page did the email send you to? There's "gog.com/redeem", but I think there's a different one for another type of code. I can't recall what that one is, though.


*Edit - If nothing else, be sure to contact Support, tell them the issue, and wait a couple of days for their response. They've been really helpful to me in the past.
