2 mods that interest me are Dylan's realism mod

Can they both work together? Also some other question about the realism mod, will the silenced weapons (pistol, MP5, Dart Rifle and shotgun) not alert enemies?

Elmofongo: The only reason why silenced weapons alerted enemies was because it took ages to kill them, so ... They won't. Well not that much anyway, if the enemy drops in sight of a single opponent, entire camp will get alarmed. Still, yeah, the realism mod makes sneaking much more viable.

You can always get WinMerge and use it combine them if there are any conflicting scripts (actually quite easy as you're just copy/pasting from one doc to the other and it highlights where the differences are). Worth a try if you dont get a better answer!

They both work together, in fact that is the only way to play Far Cry 2. It's awesome afterwards.

You can't as far as I know. You shouldn't need to if you use the realism mod, makes the game more enjoyable.

I want to make the player health (even) lower. As far as Im concerned, it should be low enough. Given that Dylan did in his mod, it should be possible
