Game Room is a true Port. The keyboard/mouse controls are... off at points, to the degree of me wanting to smack MS for not learning any lessons over the past few years. In game controls (for the one demo I tried, Asteroids Deluxe) are.. well, they are not intuitive at all. I mean seriously: A,D to rotate - T to thrust - F to fire - H for shield? those keys are all over the place (figuratively speaking).
Game Room might be a fine addition to someones XBox lineup, but I can't see any rhyme or reason for a PC user to get it/use it. There are alternatives out there for PC users that work much better (like Atari.com's free classic arcade game section).
