Mentalepsy: The Thief games of course are excellent (though the first one will probably take some effort to get working), Obulis is pretty fun, and Mirror's Edge is decent for the sale price (but probably not something I'll play again).
I've played a bit of Cryostasis and it seems pretty good, but performance is poor. I'll probably just sit on it until the next time I upgrade my video card.
Shadowgrounds is fun, but Alien Shooter 2 is a lot better.
Stay away from Space Hack.Mentalepsy: So what's up with this one? Nobody seems to like it, but it looks like some decent mindless fun from the video. I mean, it's only a dollar.
It's a polished shooter. It looks good and plays smooth. The only reason to knock it is its story which is sort of a strange love drama with a sci-fi coating all around it. But if I wanted stories, I'd rent a DVD - as a game it's a decent solid shooter, nothing ground breaking but was better than I was expecting.
I think what impressed me the most was the polish. Normally something that looks that good doesn't run that smooth.
Same thing as Prey - it ran as well as it looked.
