Yes, just check the "Select to gift this order" option in the checkout.

Yes, when you check out , you select "buy as a gift" and put your own e-mail address, then you can PM your friend the code.

Yes. On the checkout screen click the box next to"Select to gift this order".

Note that GOG cannot split the games in an order into multiple codes. If you have 5 games in your cart at checkout, you get one gift code with five games, not five gift codes each for one game.
