So I reinstalled the downloader, reinstall adobe air, but still the program is stuck like in the picture. I click randomly but not even Windows detects is the program is not responding, I don't get the "The Program is Not Responding" error. I can't click the X at the upper left corner and can't exit the program except by Alt+F4.
I don't know what is wrong with it.

Do you really need the downloader? Is there a reason why you can't just download the games straight from the website?

What OS are you running? Have you e-mailed GOG support yet?
