I didn't see any other threads for this, but I thought it should be posted. GOG staff need to know they are appreciated.
1) Thank you for 100% resolving two or three issues I had for the last few years, often within 24 hours. It has always been resolved 100% and so quickly. And the emails I get in reply are always professional, I never feel like I'm bothering somebody.
2) Virtually no service downtime. My game collection on GOG is important to me, and I like to be able to browse my collection and pick out something I haven't played yet. Never had a service problem, and it's so easy to use.
3) The game collection is unique. Keep bringing out good old games. The independent games don't interest me as much.
4) The upcoming galaxy thing interests me, but only because you have behaved in a trustworthy way for years now. If you were someone like EA, I would have immediately started making fun of you for even discussing something like this, but because it's you, I'm more curious than anything.
5) I get the impression your staff plays games. You want what we want.
