As per title. I think they definitely belong on this site, great games from their day.
Vote for them on the wishlist:

Fairly certain they´re already on the wishlist, so there´s not much more us users can do.
GOG does seem to have a good relationship with Activision, who I think own the titles since they took over Raven, so it might very well happen at some point in the future.
Me want :(

Maybe there is some legal problems involving the license from Soldier of Fortune magazine? Yes, Activision has owned Raven sice 1997.
This is starting to get scary, if you replace one letter in the first word it sounds like a prayer.

Add SoF 3 to that also by the way. =/

Wait a minute... Why the hell does the first one have more votes than the second one? The second one is better !

Was it? I remember SOF 2 being a frustrating and pointless trial-and-error-fest (although less so than Payback)

It was a little harder, but why would that be a bad thing ?
SOF reminds me of how sterilized modern FPS games are these days. For all the people whining about violence in video games, we're yet to see a FPS with real proper gibbing, blowing off legs, arms, of parts of arms and legs and other body parts. SOF2 even had the ability to blow apart a part of an enemies' head so you just had a chunk taken out of the skull/brain.

Brutal DOOM is probably the goriest game ever.

It depends on what makes the game hard. Some games are hard because they require complex logical thinking, strategic prowess or fast reactions.

SoF 2 was hard for no other reason than you had to remember where the enemies were and where the scripted events occurred.

To be honest, SoF wasn't much different in that regard. The Challenging difficulty mode in SoF was only really possible because I knew where every enemy jumped out, opened doors or hid behind cover.

I suspect this could be part of the issue, another part was that they used the likeness of John Mullins (which could be why Soldier of Fortune 3 is available but not 1 and 2). I'm going to look into this a little deeper, as I really want these games here (thankfully I still have physical copies).
