I literally clapped out loud when I saw that pop up.

The only downside I can think of is that this suggests you couldn't get SimCity 3000 to a releasable state (at least you couldn't get it to work on all your test machines). That's sad to me because it has 5,000+ wishlist votes, but man is SC4 welcome!
