Sorry if this has already been mentioned, I don't look at this forum that often and I couldn't find anything when I searched.

I was skimming through the store on Origin and found some "Good Old Games" which seemed to come straight from GOG.com, are they infact collaborating with each other or is this just a coincident/scumbag EA tactic to name it like they have and considering which games they offer?

Also if they infact are collaborating is there a way to use the games you already have here on GOG.com and get an Origin key?

We begin to think it works as intended : you can find things, sometimes it is what you want, sometimes not. A great life lesson :)

GoG doesn't purvey keys for other service .

There's a thread Here about it. Bottom line is it's likely a publisher thing where the publisher retains the right to sell games that GOG gets working on newer systems. Some of the D&D games sold on Gamergate and Steam are the GOG versions.

The software sold by gog still belong to the publisher, and I beleive I remember there is (was?) one game sold on steam (?) which was gog packaged (or was it just a manual or something like that?)

The only thing I am sure of : the search feature here on the forum can be tricky

(ninja'd by ye olde fishe, but he knows better on the subject so it's fine :)

Not just one; at the very least the old Tomb Raider games and the Wizardry ones are the GOG versions. Hell, the Wizardry games have the same screenshots as they do on GOG, complete with the priest called GOG.com.

That's official, steam quality control is not that bad because in some case : steam QC = gog QC ;p
