I loved GTA4. The physics and detail were amazing, the cars handled in such a great way. The story was more serious but still full of satire. Damn near perfect game for me.

Can't wait for 5, hopefully it comes to PC relatively soon after consoles.

Don't tell them to turn it into Saint's Row, not every game has to be what you want. I don't like Saint's Row but loved GTA4, so you're basically asking them to screw me over.

There is plenty of room in the open world crime genre for two different styles.

Too bad that the game is only for consoles this time :(

I can buy it for Xbox 360, but all my GTAs have been for console (except for Vice City and San Andreas: I have them for PS2 and PC). I was hoping this time to play it on PC, now that I can play with one (:P)...

I wish they had some more diverse main characters, especially when there's 3 of them, from the trailers I kind of get a Deja Vu vibe.

I'd also wish they'd add some sort of freeroaming or sandbox mode, I liked many parts of GTAIV but it always felt like being in the No-Fun-Allowed zone.

Also, I hope this game is not just a giant city block, San Andreas had completely diverse geopgraphic locations. Now's 2013, and the only game of this kind that isn't limited to the urban jungle is probably Just Cause

BadDecissions: Are there going to be horrible darts minigames that the game tries to make me play? Is my cousin going to call me every five minutes to try to make me go bowling? I thought GTA4 was dull as ditch water, I can't say I'm salivating for this one.

Elmofongo: Bowling and Pool were actually decent imo for a good time killer along with Hi and Lo and Lost and Damned and I think Golfing was ok and the Tertris Clone aswell.

TV and Stage Shows and Comady Clubs is a mixed bag to me, but Darts and Arm wrestling sucks.

If GTA 5 continues with this I hope they put more compelling mini games and better TV and Comady club shows.
You know what's a good time-killer in a GTA game? Driving through a densely populated city at 90mph with the radio blaring, getting in shoot-outs with the cops. I mean, if it works for you it works for you, but you seem to be approaching these games differently than I am.

....Let me tell you something, I while I do that from time to time in GTA San Andreas (I always fly on my Harrier jets and go in dogfights) I just wanna calm down and just play pool and bowling and go to a strip club (Which I hope GTA 5 makes the last part better with more beautiful women honestly they all look ugly in GTA4)

My biggest issue with GTA IV was that cops were way too strong. They killed you way too fast. You couldn't move out of cover for even one second without dying. This strongly limited what you could do in the game. I hope they've changed this in V.
