However, there remains a question: Did Capcom and Microsoft respectively take the time to mark each individual character and/or building as their intellectual property? Because if they did not, then this isn't technically illegal, just really shameless and uncreative.

This feels... familiar somehow. Oh well, probably just my imagination running wild.
