I made an impulse buy, and submitted a support ticket last night to ask for a refund (I haven't downloaded any of the stuff I paid for yet). How long does support usually take to get back to people for stuff like this?

Someone usually responds within 48-72 hours. It might be sooner, or with the sale it's possible it takes just a little longer.

Don't worry, though - they will respond!

They're a bit swamped at the moment--lots of new customers and tons and tons of games sold--so it will probably on the longer side of 72 hours, but rest assured they will get back to you.
