It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

OK, I purchased Dungeon Keeper 2 and this is my first time. But when I click on the re download option, the game never downloads.

The question is, how do I download the game under "My account"? Please advise. Thanks. This is my first time.
Welcome Blanchflower! ^_^

To download any game, go to "My Account" —> "My Games" and select your game. Now you have to options two download it:

- Through your web browser (make sure "GOG.com Downloader mode" is set to OFF)
- Or if you have previously installed the GOG Downloader and want to use it, make sure "GOG.com Downloader mode" is set to ON.

To download with your web browser, click on the Windows or Mac version of the game and then in every part of the game installer, if there's more than one. The download should start for that part. Make sure you have all of them completed in your HDD before installing the game. For the bonuses, is the same procedure.

To download with the GOG.com Downloader, open it and log in if you didn't before in that application, and select from the page the Windows or Mac version of the game and the link for the game installer. The Downloader will take control of the download of all the parts of the installer, if there's more than one. For the bonuses, is the same procedure.

That's it. If you have any problem, don't doubt to contact the GOG Support. They'll help you.

This is probably because the downloader mode is set to "on" while you haven't installed the downloader yet (normally a window should pop up and ask you what application to use but I guess it's possible that nothing happens depending on the browser settings). Just click on the switch on the right side to make the browser perform the download (as seen on the attached image) or click on "learn more" next to it to install the downloader.

I guess there's theoretically also a chance that clicking on the game cover doesn't unwrap the area with the actual download buttons below (never happened to me but maybe blocking all sorts of scripts may cause something like that).
