I've recently purchase a game that I've changed my mind about.Will GOG allow me to refund it? If so,how do I go about doing it?

If you have not downloaded it yet, then make a support ticket and they will be able to assist you. http://www.gog.com/support/contact

Only if you haven't downloaded it. Refunding can take up to a week in my experience. And only if you purchased it in the last 30 days.

Correction - the 30 Day Money Guarantee applies only to unsolvable tech issues, the "get a refund, no questions asked" falls under the "Final Sale" policy where the window is only 14 days.
