I find it contradictory that Shepard hasn't more sex.

If the the universe is at the brink of destruction and I'm the only one badass enough to save it I would surround myself with naked and horny Aasari girls 4 times my age to keep my morale and that of my crew high enough to raise our chance of success.
Granted Mass Effect would more like a porn simulater than anything else but it would still cater to a large audience and would make the whole much more realistic.
Dude Mass Effect is barely hot enough, all you see is the bare Ass of FemShep, Ashley, and Liara. The Witcher 2 on the otherhand, you can see their pubes. And I am surprised CDprojeckt RED did not get hate mail from angry parents.

Bioware = North America
CD Projekt Red = Europe

Seems that Europe (in this case Poland *wink*) is far less uptight and prudish.

In any case him surviving the extinction of all artificial life in the destroy ending answers the question I guess.
It should be noted that the vast majority of "artificial life" at that point had Reaper tech in them. Although I think the revised endings made it clear that it did in fact include all artificial life.

But then, VIs aren't actually AIs.

Why not?
Strange that God of War passed under the radar. I don't know. Probably because it has something to do with Greek history and most greek statues show naked people? Your guess is as good as mine...
