Petrell: Well, people above said IR desura keys would automatically be attached to your desura account if you used same email account you used to register it but as my edit above indicates it did not happen with The Arclight Bundle I bought earlier as it's desura keys are unredeemed. I would assume the auto redeem they've been talking about has something to do with have Indie Royale account that I don't have.
I meant in the sense "Why would someone want to avoid auto redeeming?". Also if you have a Desura account then you have an Indie Royale account, or at least that used to be the case. Perhaps they've split them recently due to Linden Labs buying Desura.

While the account is shared, you have to log into each site separately: Desura, IndieRoyale, ModDB, IndieDB... etc.

As it should be. Google uses 1337 h4>< to log you on to all of its domains simultaneously, and it causes no end of trouble.

Yes and no. Google has forcefully merged independent services into a single account, which were originally separate. The case here is that they've always been one account, but this fact is not made apparent on the sites themselves.
While I am a big proponent of keeping services separate, the fact is that these services are joined together, but they do not really tell you this, except when you try to register.
I like that they don't do cross-domain shenanigans, but I don't like that business about the shared account is not made more apparent.
Interesting bundle, but im low on cash, so i have to pass.
Interesting thing I found while searching for info on Tropical Heat: http://www.somaticvision.com/tropicalheatalive

Look at the prices.

That's right, $149 is for the copy that doesn't come with the heart rate sensor. I wonder if these editions still only have 3 activations? Still, these prices just go to confirm what we sort of already knew: the dev has an elevated sense of self importance.
Anyone who bought this feel like sharing their impressions? I'm still undecided about buying this bundle.

From what I read here Tropical Heat has some type of DRM, an activation limit, and the dev is not very accomodating and open for criticism? Luckily it's the game I'm least interested in, so I'd just ignore it.

I tried the demo of Logigun, and the graphic style and concept of the game really appeal to me, but it doesn't run smoothly on my rig and there is no options menu whatsoever, no options to change resolution, uncheck graphic effects, nothing - which is a big turn-off for PC games, IMO. I'd love to play it one day, but its apparent inflexibility makes me sceptical that it's guaranteed to run on the next computer I'll get.

The Stained demo has these options, but they didn't help me to run the game smoothly, so I couldn't test the gameplay and contrary to Logigun I'm not too fond of the graphic style either. No idea if I would like it, if I could play it on my future PC.

Crayon Chronicles seems good for a short laugh, but I'm afraid that it won't last long. I played a bit of the demo and I didn't think the gameplay was all that interesting and the joke wears thin quite soon, seems more gimmicky than really fun to play?

Tales of Maj'Eyal has no demo, but I think it was freeware before? I tried this version and couldn't see my mouse cursor; does anyone know what's the difference between the freeware and the commercial game?

Seeing that out of 5 games, it looks like I will only be able to play 1 or 2 at the moment, are any of these games keepers or won't I miss out on a lot by skipping the bundle? Did anyone else experience any issues with them or is all just due to my lack of a proper graphic card?

There are graphic settings for Logigun in the full game, I haven't tried the demo though. The setting that lets you disable background lighting helps a lot, drastically increased performance for me on my integrated graphics. I was forced to use integrated graphics because the game has horribly corrupted graphics with AMD Radeon HD 7000 series GPUs.. and my dedicated card is a Radeon HD 7970.. The dev said he won't be fixing the issue.

Hm, so there is a chance that it would work with integrated graphics? If I'd be able to run LogiGun, that would probably make the bundle purchase worth it all on its own, so maybe I should just take this risk? Can you tell me what graphic options and resolutions the full game allows for?

Ok so I downloaded the demo to make sure if there was a settings menu.. and there is. Took 2 screenshots for you, one showing where it's located, and another showing the options you can change.

There is a freeware and a donation based version of ToME. The version included with the bundle is the donators' version. The differences are listed here: http://te4.org/donate.

Weird, for me the Setting option does not appear on the level selection screen (maybe because I'm still in the tutorial?). It does show up if I start a level and press Escape though. That's a very weird way to reach the Settings menu, it should be right there in the Start menu, the first thing you see, without me having to start a new game first.

Anyway, I don't like that you can't change resolutions, but apparantly the game is playable for me if switch off the fancy graphic effects. The character still moves a little funny and slow, but it seems that's her normal way of moving.

Well, I will probably regret it, but I think I'll get the bundle anyway. Thanks, spoderman & mk47at! :)

So what's going on with LogiGun? The DRM-free version has disappeared from Desura and on the Indie Royale page there's only this message:
"We're sorry, but this game isn't available on PC. If it is released we shall announce it on our Twitter and Facebook and Google+ pages."

I've asked the dev on twitter (where they seem fairly active) so hopefully we'll find out. On the plus side...

I think this is probably good news for you: https://twitter.com/SodiumEyes/status/363135028315701248

EDIT: Already got a reply. It is indeed to do with an impending patch and from the sound of it, it may fix the ATI card issues.

That's awesome, thanks for the heads up. I wonder if there's more than one graphical glitch though, hopefully he's referring to the one I'm having.
