well a couple of years ago I started EYE divine cybermancy. At the time I thought it was a pretty shitty game. In the past months I tried to give it another shot, and well, I enjoyed it. Surely non a masterpiece but still a nice game rediscovered.

My husband and I splurge on a really nice meal once a month - we buy a lamb roast, which I marinate in red wine, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic and fresh rosemary. He sears it on the grill and then it's sealed in foil and cooked the rest of the way. Meanwhile, I make the sauce from the marinade and steam some fresh veggies. Then we crack open a relatively expensive bottle of wine to enjoy with our meal! It's a real treat to have a fancy meal even if it's homemade ;-) Plus the leftovers make a really nice sandwich the next day.

It was fairly recently that I had tried putting together a certain vegetarian eggplant dish (veggie in contents, rather than any particular convictions on my part). Anyway, I was fairly disappointed with the initial result. However, as is wont to be the case with meat-less dishes, it actually tasted much better on the second day, at just around room temperature. Which just goes to show you, sometimes left-overs are better than the original thing :P
