It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

My g/f purchased TLJ and Sanitarium 5 hours ago but there has been no download, no emails, no bank activity. Nothing to indicate anything is working.
How long does a purchase take? I bought her a game as a gift a while back and don't recall it taking this long to see anything happen.
Edit: She tried to purchase this combo twice. Even tried to get Myst while on another computer and nothing has happened at all.

Maybe the order didn't go through, or maybe she didn't check her account for the games? Who knows right?

Her account does not show the games. Maybe the order didn't go through but no way to tell and the offer for this combo dies in....2 hours.
It's supposed to be instantaneous. Please contact support.
If you are running Firefox and have the NoScript addon - purchases will not go thru. Disable NoScript, make the purchase, re-enable NoScript.
Could also be your firewall blocking the redirect that occurs when it tries to access the card vendor. Should ask you though unless you have it blocking silently. Any way, if the purchase goes thru the games will appear instantly as well as an email confirming your purchase from GOG.

She is using I.E. whatever the hell comes with Vista. 1st purchase was normal. 2nd purchase was attempted without firewall. Guess she waits until tech support writes back.

Well, as long as you are waiting you might download Firefox, install it and try to purchase using the Firefox browser.
I run both IE and Firefox with no problems although I rarely use IE. Don't know what else to tell you to try . . .=)
Edit: Don't worry about NoScript as you have to install it intentionally, it does not install with firefox.
Also as chautemoc said, get a support ticket in to GOG prior to the sale ending.
