Iam not sure how usual it is to ask here in the General Forum section for this, but: Any chance that gog.com gets their hands on Might and Magic 7,8 and 9? I was very happy to get the 1-6 box here and i love the idea of playing old games without having to search for the CDs ;) So iam also buying a lot of games that i already own.
Anyway - any clue who owns the rights? Maybe someone of the gog.com crew could check ;) Iam sure you dont have anything better to do *cough* ;))

Ubisoft owns them. Also threads like this are massively abundent.

I wouldn't worry too much man, it's almost guaranteed GOG will get the rest. Patience.

Yup, assuming Ubi made any money from the previous release, which I am sure they did, on some level.
