Figured I would start a thread as it's only a few hours away now.
Launch trailer and a brief interview with producer Jesse Houston.

Already excited to hear Lance Henrickson's voice again :)

Christ I need some Bioware goodness after the shambles that was DA2.
I wonder how long it'll be before we get a GOTY edition.

I would imagine if you held out this long it wont be much longer. Probably around July/August to drum up the interest in ME3.

And generate even more money, as people tend to buy the GOTY editions even if they have the regular ones.

Business done right! :)

Four DLC packs spread over a year is not sooo much ;)

I don't count the freebies and the costume/weapon packs which you don't need. Kasumi, Overlord and Lair were all brilliant and well worth the money. Hopefully Arrival will be just as good. DLC done right ;)

I would buy it for a DRM-free complete set, but since Dragon Age: Origins' final edition still had DRM on the DLC I would bet ME2's set will do the same thing.
Not heard of this up till now. Trailer piqued my interest. Will certainly pick it up tomorrow. I assume it is supposed to be post main campaign?

Both. Like Lair it can be played before or after the Suicide Mission but there are changes depending on when you play it.
I am quite excited about this too. I don't think I'll get it first thing tomorrow, but maybe later this week I'll have some time to play it. The trailer definitely looks really interesting and piqued my interest even more than the new Cerberus Network Posts have done.

Cool. Are xbox live releases normally simultaneous worldwide or incremental as the release date rolls around in the different countries? In other words, is it worth me staying up for another half-hour to see if it pops up, or should I just wait till tomorrow evening (i.e. morning in the u.s.)?

¿Is this really the final DLC? I was expecting more but if ME3 is as awesome as its predecessors I won't complain.

Some on the Bioware Social site are saying MS update their own servers and it may be up at midnight PST. PC version will follow then PSN is usually last to update. Give it a few hours by all means.

Final story DLC yes. Note Houston said story driven DLC so there is nothing ruling out another Pinnacle Station or more costumes. I will pass on those though ;)

I wouldn't mind another Pinnacle Station because the combat is actually fun in ME2 compared to 1. Also, money is limited in this game and I haven't been able to buy all the upgrades (I won't bet on "dog" fights to buy them either).
I'll probably angle for a DLC pack or something. I have none of the premium DLC so that seems like the wisest option.
