I have KISS Psycho Circus on CD but have never been able to play it due to compatibility is any good? Also RUNE and Blood 2 are great, if gog gets rune though we will have to have some sort of multiplayer competition on it.

Nah never heard of that before. I'm a fan of cheesy railgun shooters though so if gog got that I'd buy it just to see what its like.

Actually, KISS reminded me of a 1st game, and then this 1st remind me of a 2nd (Ed Hunter).
I'm here trying to remember what game was that 1st... It was in 3D already, near 2000s, crazy like KISS-Sanitarium. IIRC in the demo you were a resurrected(?) guy who wants vengeance, there were dogs chasing him through the level and you had to walk by paths above lava.

Umm... did you just post a link to a pirated version of Blood? If so, you should remove it ASAP. Such links are not tolerated here for obvious reasons.

Really, you took down the link only to post it again a few minutes later? The game Blood is sold for $5.99 right here on this website, therefore it is clearly not abandonware. If you think it is, you don't understand what abandonware means.

by the way, from the wikipedia link you give:

"In most cases, software classed as abandonware is not in the public domain, as it has never had its original copyright revoked and some company or individual still owns exclusive rights. Therefore, sharing of such software is usually considered copyright infringement, though in practice copyright holders rarely enforce their abandonware copyrights."

Abandonware is, in short, no longer sold software - but you still can buy Blood on GOG, right?

Something in the formatting of taczillabr's post breaks the forum. In fact if you try and quote it, the forum won't let you. I guess the post was made before that safeguard was put in place.

Ah sorry about that! Yeah, it's not the quote the makes the notification, it's clicking the reply button. I know what must have happened: I tried replying to your post to test the formatting and sure enough it wouldn't let me post because it said the formatting was broken so I just deleted the quote and typed my post in that window. So because I used the window that had been generated by replying to your post you still got the notification.

Strange... that must indeed be a legacy from the old site, old forum,

because today I guess if you delete the two [......] quotations, the person will not get notified.

Actually, I think the site still works this way. I've deleted the quote but I think you'll still get notified.
