I never played Everquest, but I can comment about the other two.
Personally, I loved both games. I know many people really didn't care for NWN1, but I loved it. It was my introduction into the world of Dungeons and Dragons, so perhaps that's why it carries so much weight for me. Either way, it's an incredibly fun game. More than anything, what I love about TES games is the type of exploration they offer. No other game (Except Fallout, which is essentially TES in a post-apoc environment) can offer what the TES games really do. So that's why I love about Morrowind. With NWN, I enjoy returning to that game for the story (I'm sure many will disagree about that), the character building, the combat and the party system. In fact, one of my favorite aspects of all of those isometric D&D games is just building characters.
It's really hard to say which one I like better, but I like them both for a variety of reasons.

I think you should have put that in a different order. Everquest is not bacon. And now I realize why I've been so sick of seeing Elmofongo. He's making topics like this one and posting on a daily basis. The last topic I made was before I had my new computer. I just don't know how people can talk about nothing so much and so often. The games on GOG are cheap. Buy one and play it.

I never managed to get into Morrowind. Early on there's some combat in a cave, and I had a hell of a time trying to aim and hit, which was terribly frustrating. Also having to practice anything from jumping to haggling grew tiresome fast. While I had no problem haggling for hours in Daggerfall, I guess I just grew older and more impatient.
NWN I loved. Finished it twice.
EQ1 I only tried years later, after I've already played EQ2, and it looked bad and clunky.
