My computer is windows 7 btw any ideas?

I'm assuming you're talking about the taskbar with the Windows logo and the clock and all the stuff like that.
Press the Windows key for starters. If that makes it visible, right click on some empty space and check the properties so you don't have it set to be hidden automatically and bugging out somehow.

I fixed it had it set somehow for multiple monitors.

Also make sure you have the desktop set to display on monitor one.
Right click an empty spot on the Desktop and select Screen Resolution. See the Multiple Displays options there, select the drop down menu and click the Show Desktop only on 1 option. Click Apply/OK.
