Sigh, another hiccup on the road to host a fine server, sorry folks. After researching for hours on FTB, Tekkit, etc. and factoring in various things, I've decided a custom managed Bukkit server is still the best way to go. Apparently block lag is common for FTB servers - and I have no tolerance for that. So, I will begin the process of setting up a bukkit server.
List some plugins you might want to see in the server and I will see what I can do. :) When the server is ready (1-2 days) I will close down this thread, pm the users who posted here, and post the FINAL thread about the server on GoG. Thanks for your patience!

Hello, I'm hosting a small server primarily for Gog'ers in the U.S. 24/7. The server is running Feed the Beast with Mindcrack. If you don't know what that is, it's a popular and easy compilation of mods. More info below:

I've hosted several months ago, and I plan on maintaining this one to keep in touch with my friends who I know in real life. So I thought why not invite the awesome GoG community? So here you are. :)
Please post below if you're interested and I'll shoot you a pm - I don't want unnecessary exposure to the wild unknown. The server host rated my package to have 42 concurrent members, but I'm pretty sure I need to trim that since I have FTB running. Right now, the map is brand new and the rules are simple. Be nice, have fun, and don't make the server cry. :)
