"Nucleosys Digital Studio is sad to announce that it will be closing doors soon. Both its co-founders, Agustín Cordes and Alejandro Graziani, will be parting ways although they're planning to stick in the industry.
It has been a long and exciting road since we launched in 2003, and during this time it was great to have you around supporting us in so many ways, but the time has come to move on. Our forums will remain active for a while so that you may get in touch with the community.
We trust that you had a great time and hope to see you around!"
Well, the inactivity on the boards and the lack of news on the new game was a sign that things weren't working out...
The SCREAM engine sure looked like it had potential, not only as a competent engine for adventures but also as a free for non comercial titles alternative, and i would like to have seen it further developped, don't know if that will ever happen now.
Anyway, pitty...
Edit: I forgot to mention that these guys are the creators of Scratches.
