Will origin games play offline? (meaning like, little to no internet)

not all I think - but out of all the ones I have I've had no problem with those ive tried so far (bundled ones).

So far, yes... except for Sims 3 which seems to auto login to Origin when you launch. :(

I was able to play Mass Effect 3 offline (disconnected from the internet). Haven't tried other games.

Sachys: not all I think - but out of all the ones I have I've had no problem with those ive tried so far (bundled ones).

all of them do that i think - but yeah - think sims3 and simcity are the ones that require always online.

I've had Origin games that do not. Sims Medieval, FIFA 10 and Dragon Age Origins.
