I've heard of people's kneecaps shooting out of their legs during some of the worse accidents, so these are hardly the worst there are.

Most of the people in that video are idiots. There's no way around that conclusion.
I think hazardous activities require an extraordinary degree of foresight.
Compare most of the video to 2:25. Why, this young lady's efforts are calculated, careful, courageous; her movements are graceful and fluid, her... What was the video about again ?
It's nice to start a morning with a good laugh. =)

Still, I wouldn't do any better.
