Whenever I click the windows installer, the setup file stops downloading mid-way through. This happens with both FF and Chrome. I'm using Win7.

It seems to be the only game I have that does this. I got Ultima 4 downloaded without any problems.

Help?

I used FF via Win7 Pro 64-bit and Planescape downloaded for me without a hitch. (Sorry this isn't a solution but I figure more info may help you locate one :) ).

Have you tried using the GOG downloader? Do you have any browser add-ons which might effect downloads? Does the problem persist after a system reboot? (sorry I know that's super basic)

I hope some of this helps, or someone with more know how than me responds :)
