I'm very fond of games where you can play as villainess or anti-heroine. Can you guys please suggest some games worth to try? Genre or retro/modern dosen't matter. I'm a gamer who loves all kind of games :)

In many RPG's you have good-evil choices and can choose gender as well.

Baldur's Gate's, Fallout's, Knigts of Old republic's (sith-side of things) for example.

This. Most Bioware RPGs allow you to be a evil/nasty. Mass Effect allows you to be paragon or renegade, and in for instance Dragon Age 2 you can choose aggressive/direct options.

Heretic Kingdoms: The Inquisition

An RPG with a female lead (whom you can customise somewhat). She is an Inquisitor, committed to keeping religion from regaining a foothold in the world. She is generally indifferent towards others, and you can make decisions as to how cruel to be (such as whether to return a wayward apprentice or kill him outright for straying). You can also elect to be kind if such is your nature. And the choices that determine the ending of the game result in very different story outcomes.
