But before you do that, here's a short story. Our dog died a little over 6 months ago. He was pretty old and had a heart condition. My mom felt emptiness without any companion (during academic year she's alone in the house for most of the day).
Two days ago, a stranded cat visited us. I say stranded, but the most probably version is somebody tossed him away. He isn't big enough to travel that far (we live near a forest), and he prefers to stay indoors most of the time. He's very domesticated, he's already cleaning after himself, we didn't have to show him how to use the sandbox or anything, he already knew that.
So, we asked neighbours is this their cat or they know anyone whose this cat may be, but noone knew.
So we decided to keep him. His name is Rufi (full name: Rufus), and he's an explorer. He's already been to a places in our house we didn't even know they exist :P Of course he's pretty lively as well, so it's not that easy to make a photo of him that isn't completely blurred.
Rufi is our new member of the family.
