It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

I recently received a gift of Neverwinter Nights 2 from my friend for my birthday, but can't seem to redeem the code. I type it into the code box and click "Continue" and it hangs for however long I stay on the page. The same thing happens when I click the link given to me in my email. What am I doing wrong? I've tried in both Chrome and IE with no luck.

Sometimes it also doesn't work for me, so I just reload one or two times and try again...

Try reloading and wait until full load..

It should work fine as is so long as you have all 16 characters. My only suggestion is to try different browsers or wait a while and try again. If you still can't get it to work, contact one of the blue names with your code, they should be able to put the game into your shelf and bypass the gift redemption process.
I'm having the same damn problem and it's driving me up a wall! I've tried FireFox, Opera, and Internet Explorer to rule out browser issues and it doesn't matter how many times I reload the page, it just keeps on hanging. ><' Both myself and my fiancee (who gifted me a game today) have contacted GOG about the hang, but nothing after nine hours...
Hey, I just tried a code and it also didn't work...

Maybe it's a problem with their servers today. I'll try again tomorrow and see if it works.

EDIT: @Stooner: You might want to cover your code...

Ooooh, can I have that game? Please? (You should probably unpost that code. Just saying.)

Hehehe I know, but free games, right?
The curious thing is, if you put more (or less) than 16 characters, the code will work (invalid, but works.. ;p)

No, doesn't work either...
This has been occurring for me for the last 18 hours or so (I tried last night and can't redeem one).
I logged a ticket with support and am awaiting a response.

I have tried under Windows and OSX, using Firefox, Chrome, IE and Safari.

Must be on GOG's end.
Same here, not working.
Good to know it's not my ineptitude causing the problem.
