Hi everybody!
I'm sure that question was already asked in the forum, but my searching skills are bad!
I have a problem with gog downloader. When I launch it, a sceen appears, and it's written: « The application is offline or it can't contact gog.com servers»
First, I checked if my connection was good, and it was. Second, I disabled the firewall... non results. I think my problem have a link with proxys, but I don't even know what is a proxy and how to solve this...
Can anybody help me?

You crazy French Canadians.
Now, if I'm right and my high school French is paying off, "Patientez 5 secondes pour réessayer " means waiting 5 seconds for something.
Why, Crasy French Canadians? I just wrote a sentence in french! I suppose it's normal to do some mistakes sometimes when you try to talk to somebody who don't talk your language!
And yes, the sentence means «Wait 5 seconds and retry»
I'm rusty at French, but ANYWAY.
My first guess is authentication error. But that's me.
Sorry, but I don't know what is an authentication error :P

I think either GOG/Bitcast doesn't think you're securely connected to the server. If you're not connected and authenticated, they'll think you weren't meant to be there or something.
Ok... but how do you do to be well connected?
(Sorry for all this stupids questions!)
Ok, looks like you forgot me... but anyway, thanks for your help!
You correctly entered your email and password registered with GOG before trying to connect, right? Only in the image you posted those fields are still empty. If it's trying to connect without that information then that would certainly explain why you're getting authentication errors.
No, it's not the problem... but thanks!
