I installed the latest GOG.com Downloader(3.5.8.0 stable) and I can't get it to work properly.

If I start it, it just has "connecting..." sign at the bottom right corner, and doesn't do anything. I try adding a download, and nothing happens.

I reinstalled, rebooted, everything, but this just doesn't work for me for some reason.

The older downloader where I didn't have to install anything worked fine until recently too.

Any solutions?
Thanks in advance.

I think hit has something to do with the latest changes they did to the site.
I can't login to the page were you change your password. It tells me that either the email or password is incorrect. And I have the same problem as you do.

no worries, hope it gets sorted out asap
Hi there,

Well the problem is you do not have anything downloading at the moment. If you just open up the program then it'll say connecting. But if you actually go into your games on GOG.com and click to download one with the downloader then it will work and start downloading.

So first download a game directly from My Games using the GOG downloader as the downloading option.

Hope this helped.
