This controller is the stuff dreams are made of. The rubberized grip feels very comfortable in my hand. The D-Pad, while not good for fighting games, beats the 360 D-Pad when it comes to changing weapons and things like that. The reprogrammable shoulder buttons added on can completely change your strategy in a game like Halo, allowing the ability to jump and aim at the same time (a feature that used to be exclusive for PC players). The face buttons click like a mouse, respond quickly, and feel great. Sensitivity controls are actually useful on the thumbsticks, allowing you to mimic the tough resilience of a brand new 360 controller, the extremely loose nature of a worn-down stick, or somewhere in between. I like my left stick loose for moving, and my right stick resilient for aiming.
One other thing I should mention; the controller is loud. All of the shoulder buttons, triggers and D-Pad directions make loud clacks, while the face buttons sound like the click of a mouse. It doesn't bother me, but it may bother some.
Overall, I like it a lot more than the traditional 360 controller, and plan on using it exclusively when playing PC/360 games.
