This controller is the stuff dreams are made of. The rubberized grip feels very comfortable in my hand. The D-Pad, while not good for fighting games, beats the 360 D-Pad when it comes to changing weapons and things like that. The reprogrammable shoulder buttons added on can completely change your strategy in a game like Halo, allowing the ability to jump and aim at the same time (a feature that used to be exclusive for PC players). The face buttons click like a mouse, respond quickly, and feel great. Sensitivity controls are actually useful on the thumbsticks, allowing you to mimic the tough resilience of a brand new 360 controller, the extremely loose nature of a worn-down stick, or somewhere in between. I like my left stick loose for moving, and my right stick resilient for aiming.

One other thing I should mention; the controller is loud. All of the shoulder buttons, triggers and D-Pad directions make loud clacks, while the face buttons sound like the click of a mouse. It doesn't bother me, but it may bother some.

Overall, I like it a lot more than the traditional 360 controller, and plan on using it exclusively when playing PC/360 games.

And what about compatibility? In which GOG games did you test it?
Did you test the regular or the tournament edition?

By the way, the loud clicking is by design. As a more serious gamer, the sounds that keys make when pressed help you have an orientation whether you pressed the key correctly or not. Many gaming keyboards also have loud clicking sound.

I suppose "Razer Onza TE" means Tournament edition :-)

Tournament Edition. Regular doesn't have a rubber grip or customizable sticks.

Basically, if the game works with a 360 controller, it works on GOG. If it doesn't work, then you can use a program like Pinnacle Profiler to make it work.

It does look good and the D pad looks like a massive improvement. But I don't know how necessary a controller is to me that I should want to upgrade right now.

I'd probably have got it if it was around 2 years ago though. :P
