It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

For the last few days of the sale, the major daily sales banners redirect to www.gog.com and clicking on them only refreshes the page rather than brings me to the sale page.

Also, I managed to find my way to the Daedalic sale and hoped to buy it, but where the sale button should be it says 'This Promo Has Ended' and I cannot purchase it.

I have tried this in both Firefox and Chrome and it behaves exactly the same in both browsers.

I've just bought three different gifts containing Daedalic games (I own them all so I may buy individual games with a highest discount so others ask me for help in that matter) and I have no problem whatsoever. I suggest cleaning your browser history/cache/cookies - basically everything ;)

I just checked and they're working fine for me. Using Firefox 20.0.1 on Windows XP.
Im using Firefox 18.0.1 and Chrome Version 27.0.1453.116 m

Im also on Windows XP.

Clearing cookies/history does not fix the problem and both browsers are experiencing the exact same set of problems.

Did you try restarting your computer? It works wonder with various problems. If nothing helps I would suggest contacting the support.

THIS ^ plus considering updating Firefox - it only takes a couple of minutes...

Time left for a promo on the page depends on your computer's clock. Verify that the time is indeed correct, and try again.
It works fine here. Firefox 20 Linux

THANK YOU! That was it! My clock had been turned to next month when I was doing some planning and looking at the calendar and I had left it on August! The website was then auto disabling the sale banners and sales. Seems kind of a silly way to code the website but at least it works now thanks!

By having the page check with the local time instead of the server time, some calculations are done client side instead of server side. This makes the load on the server lighter, but it may cause some problems, like in this case.
No worries though, and enjoy your sales.
