In two years time I could try again. I don't think it's possible to try elsewhere in Europe though, as the first two tests were universal across Europe in standards, so I presume that this thing is also universally kept track of. I'll be checking about it though.

I do hope my bad luck has run out for the rest of the year though, as yesterday I had engine trouble with my dad's car, and because it's a lease I'll be the one who needs to pay for it because my parents do not have the money. At first we thought it would come down to 4500 euros, but it may be less than 2000. Still, that's an amount of money that could've gotten me through one year of college, and as it stands I have just enough money to make it through four years, just enough to get a diploma and get rid of the debt that I've already built up.
