if you are looking about getting this game on GOG, I think the rights to the name are with EA (who is on here) but the code belongs to someone in Japan. The reason you can't install from the CD is because it is a 16-bit installer and probably a 16-bit .exe therefore, due to the lack of 16-bit legacy code support in 64-bit OS' and W7+, you're gonna be waiting a long while. I would suggest you try installing it on a virtual machine.
