Can't play Scribblenauts Unlimited that I got from amazon.com because they arbitrarily set the release date in Europe to be four months (!) after the US release. Even though it would fully work here!

Damn racists!

And then THEY complain about the evil piracy and whatever. If I wouldn't have stopped PC game pirating when I found GOG (before that I mostly downloaded "abandonware") , I would be so tempted to pirate that game now!

I mean, theoretically my girlfriend could play it but I can't only because of where I live! Haven't we been over that when Obama became president? Or when Dr. King spoke?

Does it mean that we belong to the European race instead of white? :P
I'm not happy about this but nothing can stop me from getting Scribblenauts from the Amazon promo.
Man, that's soooo racist!

PS: I hope you're not serious.

The liberal and wrong use of the word racism contributes in making actual racism more acceptable due to the ubiquitous use of the word.

And it makes you sound like an idiot .
I understand that it's annoying, but I'm sure it has nothing to do with racism, in particular since being European doesn't imply a particular race. My guesses are that it either has to do with bureaucracy of making sure the game conforms to some legislation or with language support. I imagine that Warner Bros would have loved selling the game in EU during the Christmas season.
the term "racial discrimination" shall mean any distinction, exclusion, restriction, or preference based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin that has the purpose or effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public life.
My emphasis, definition by the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination.

I would see the same access to social and cultural goods as a fundamental freedom.
But of course Warner Bros. is fine because the United States did not sign the convention.

This is what you get for buying game with DRM.
I met this guy, right, and was like "dude, I'm your brother", and he was like "you're not my brother". What a racist. He called that other guy his brother. Discrimination by descent.

Okay, but I still think it's stupid to attribute this move to racism.
I love it when someone in Germany complains about someone else being racist. I am NOT NOR WOULD I EVER insinuate anything regarding yourself, all I'm saying is that historicaly you aren't exactly seated in the hub of racial equity and harmony.
This should end well.
This will me funny topic
Someone from US talking to someone from Germany about racism.
1/ there is no such things as races inside the human specie.
2/ there is no discrimination in WB decision - they don't care what color your money is, they still want it all - it's only business calculations and/or contractual agreements.
