I remember there was a notice that it ends at Jan 3 but it's gone now.
and besides, current front page of gog.com is like "Hey guise our sale ends soon and it's ONLY XX HOURS LEFT SO ACT HURRY!!!11!!1!!!!1IONEONENEON!!!!111!"
So, my question is, what's the plan of gog.com? ongoing sale just like previous statement? or is it will be end soon like it says right now?

January 3rd at 10AM EST to be more exact. Square-Enix stuff goes off sale in roughly 12 hours 30 min from this post, Bohemia stuff and Retro City Rampage go off sale in another week I think. Everything else Jan 3rd.

On going sale until ~jan 2nd. The timer for the a way for them to put the pressure to buy, buy, buy now instead of waiting for the end

Thing is, it isn't _one_ sale, it's at about half a dozen sales that end at different times (and that change percentage-off every once in a while, it seems).
