Hmmm, the GOG staff have made teaser comments like this before in December only for it to be the usual end of the year sale. Though if the teaser turns out to be for the end of the year sale again instead of game releases I can't really complain as I have quite a bit on my wishlist that i'm waiting for to go on sale.

Sale or new release, feed me video games.

My guess is it'll be a new format for the Winter sale, as opposed to just doing a catalog-wide flat sale.

Yea, I think they're going to have some cool sale ideas. Maybe something like they've done in the past, where the more games you buy the higher the % off?

Maybe Trine 2 will show up this month.

The devs claimed they were working on a Windows DRM Free release for the end of the year back in the summer. Plus with the Mac version already being DRM Free, it would fit in well here as a release for both platforms.

How could it be cooler than their *normal* Christmas sale? How could it? I mean, they put almost the entire library on sale for 50% off. What is better than that?

-Maybe there will be a lot of chances to win free games? Like a sweepstakes every day?
-Maybe a whole bunch of new releases, all discounted?

I don't know what else..

Daily contests and drawings would be awesome. Or maybe, the more games you buy during the sale, the more entries you get into a drawing at the end of the sale?

I'm really intrigued now. :)
