ljyoun: I've been a user on GOG for quite a while now, and have never had a problem with the Downloader. Then, just last night, the Downloader would not even open. It would quickly open a window, then close. Tried again today, same result. Does anyone know how to fix this? I already tried to redownload it.
Hello my friend. You can also try removing these files from your system: ~/Library/GOG.com/GOG_Downloader.storedata and if this doesn't help also ~/Library/Preferences/com.gog.downloader.plist. Could you copy and paste contents of this file ~/Library/Logs/GOG.log and to a service such as http://pastebin.com and provide me with an URL?

Did my suggestions help you? After reviewing the log, seems your preferences file got corrupted, removing it should resolve it.
