i dont think it can be, i thought if multiple people downrepped one post it said so? and im not seeing it so im not sure its due to this?

Don't multiple people need to downrep a post for it to get "low rated"? When I game in a couple minutes ago everyone of his post in here was. I uprepped them though I don't know if it did any good.

I think there're certain someone out there are targeting you. Not the first time i have seen your post getting down rep for nothing. Maybe somebody from giveaway or gifting thread because lots of your post at there were downrepped as well.
