Depends on how difficult your question was, and at what time on Monday you wrote them. Keep in mind they aren't based in the US so time zones can be an issue.
Question about what?
Also it seems they were doing some site maintenance this morning, so that probably required a fair number of peoples attention. They are a fairly small company all things considered.
I would say, yes, you're beeing a little impatient.
oh, they aren't in the US? I was unaware of that, and my question was concerning a promo code

Support will usually respond within 24-48 hours of when they receive your request. Note I said "receive". As Sielle mentioned, GOG is based in another country, Poland to be precise. As such, they are in a different time zone, meaning if you sent your request in any time after 11:00 am Eastern time on Monday, then you sent it after regular business hours and the message was not received until Tuesday morning, which in turn means you have only just passed the 24 hour mark and still have another 24 hours to go before support is "late" with a response.
Long story short, yes, you are being too impatient.
