Prator: Well, I don't know for sure that ToMI will run on my computer (one of the reasons I've not bought it yet), but if it's free... why not?

Trust me, nothing's "free" from telltale games. The fact that Lucasarts let them massacre the Monkey Island franchise is the ultimate in irony, as any adventure game fan will tell you, because Telltale are basically the Walmart/Popcap of adventure games.
Their non-games are terrible, without any real gameplay to speak of. They are just walking from one location to the next. Boring.
Aliasalpha: Yeah it does, the lightest implementation of securom, purely an on-install activation and no shit after that
Faithful: Normally, TTG puts a 30 install limit on their games as well.
Keep in mind, that SecuRom takes higher-than-admin status on your PC, and is virtually impossible to remove, no matter how "lightly" it's implemented.
