this is a fair response to the madness that has been going around in the forums, especially when people argue about whether or not that is what the site is all about. Personally, I feel that, that which must not be named, is really overly discussed. It it what it is.

Please consider me for Master of Orion 1+2. It is an excellent space strategy game and one that I have been wanting to play for a while now.

jamyskis: Don't Ridicule Mongooses - DRM!

(Shouldn't that be mongeese actually?)
I just call them "meerkats". Much easier.

KOC: The first person to mention DRM will not a win a game.
Since the OP already mentioned DRM in the very first message, I guess it is safe to say that Digital Rights Management sucks ass, and while it doesn't necessarily mean I won't buy any DRM games ever, it certainly lessens the amount of money I use on buying such games.

No more games to the growing backlog to be played somewhere in the distant future in a galaxy far, far away...

By the way, Starforce (on CD/DVD based games) had the same effect on me years ago. I remember there were lots of people telling that people avoiding Starforce are paranoid.

I like roller coasters.
Holy hell. I want some of those too, and a small house they can live in.
The winners have been chosen by acts of randomness, because there were too many good contributions that I felt it was impossible to decide.

The winners are: Barefoot Monkey, Fenixp and Aningan.

Enjoy the games, and thank you to everyone for participating, and you may of course continue to not post about DRM in this topic.
