If you see someone post a question somewhere, try to answer it. But your post did make me realize that there was a flaw in the system. The intention was just to prevent sneaky buggers from creating multiple accounts (just a general precaution). But I'm going to change the rules a bit, 13 rep or an account older than 1 year (still no negative rep though, to prevent people who have actually done more wrong than right from entering)
