it's definitely fun if you have a lot of spare time either bored at work or home

shame though it gets very slow and boring around at level 20

though for 99 I think you really should give it a shot

This isn't developed by RED, it's developed by some random company, but they did apparently have the right to use the Witcher name and characters.

I didn't catch the name of the dev, actually, but it is published by Chillingo so the licensing is above board.
