But really, at $9.99, you'd expect a soundtrack download. Unless the music files in the game is already at .mp3 where I can listen to it on my own. Or if there in different format that I could extract from a folder to listen to it, I'd consider. Is there a way?

You can't expect that cause separetly a Music CD is 9.99$ ;)
Jesper did all Hitman games, Unreal 3, all assassins creed, and others.

The scores for the hitman games are breathtaking, and their omission is also the reason I abstained.

QC: Youtube the soundtrack.

Hitman isn't exactly a very musically complex game, at least not of the one version I've played. In Blood Money, there's only 4 songs I think. The opera rendition, the title screen/end game, music for being shot at, and maybe a generic theme that plays through most of the titles.
Have you been playing a pirated copy or something? It's strange that it's missing the other musics. I can assure you that it's more than four.
